Complimentary Practice Session
You’re warmly invited to join a supportive, growth-focused space where we explore real-life experiences through the lens of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) combined with somatic awareness. Each session begins with a check-in followed by opportunities to strengthen self-connection, deepen relational understanding and enhance empathetic listening —all within a safe, compassionate community.
